Confession: My body doesn’t work the way it should. I try really hard to keep moving and stay positive, but today I feel trapped in a flare up.

(I created this photo to visualize what it feels like to live with ME/CFS.
I try really hard to keep moving and stay positive, but it adds a whole other layer to what I’m processing—like living under a dome that no one else can see.
I’m grateful for what my body does right…I just wish there was more understanding and research done to help and support the millions of us who suffer from this “incurable” and invisible illness.)
