Day 139

Confession: I’m under the weather and that gives me too much time to think.
Today I’ve felt like I’m losing my head—like it’s spinning off before balancing again.
I have a friend I want to advocate for, but doing so would cause more harm. I’m stuck in knowing too much and doing too little.
