Day 196

Confession: Reason 1 for getting a hysterectomy is I have a hormone imbalance that causes my menstrual cycle to be extremely heavy and irregular. I was constantly in the ER and at one point I almost bled to death. I remember going deaf for a couple minutes.

And yes, I’ve tried other options…for a decade.  It cost so much money and worry. Nothing made me feel safe in my body. Not like I do now.
