Day 213

Confession: I’ve been off social media for a while but went back on briefly to message some people. I have to stay for 7 days before I’m allowed to deactivate again.  I thought it was no big deal but as the days drag on I’m developing a massive pit of anxiety and tend to go on the app without thinking.

I never want to go back to social media ever again.
